[BUG] Post regeneration doesn't always last the exact same amount of time set

Yeah, regeneration post time is not lasting nearly as long as it should be. I can watch the new special bars in the later versions and sometimes it goes up by itself rapidly and finishes in around a minute. but sometimes it barely lasts for 10 secs.
It's quite noticeable in my modpack where regeneration post time is set to around 12 minutes, to represent the 15ish hours that the doctor still had regen energy to reform his hand during the special that the mechanic in this mod is partly taken from (regening the hand with the last of his lingering energy)
I would understand if the post time is reduced each time you take damage because the regen energy acts like a shield or regenerates the damage immediately or perhaps if having regen energy in the area being siphoned off by containers or lindos would cut it down by several points, but there was no indication of this being a mechanic, and so it's slightly annoying when I expect to be extremely tanky but practically drunk for atleast 5 minutes after a regen even by default, only to immediately pop out of it in like 30 secs and die again cause it didn't last as long as it should have. :V
