When I load Minecraft Forge 1.14.4, the game doesn't fully load when trying to load Regeneration, it doesn't crash but instead this pops up, I loaded this mod with and without Tardis mod and it still doesn't load, I have optifine loaded and even without it, it still doesn't load. I have the latest Regeneration mod 2.0

Update Forge to the latest, you're using a build that does not support Deferred Registries :)
