[1.16.3-1.0.2] Crash on Regeneration - Could not load image: Corrupt PNG

Regeneration: 1.0.2

Overview:
I created a new world to test the new regeneration effects. Upon dying I regenerated but half through received the crash below. I then deleted my Regeneration Data folder in case I had something there from an old version that was causing an issue. Opening up Minecraft again with a clean Regeneration Data folder I tried making a new world and dying again, only to experience the same crash.
