Spawned chameleon archs are empty

Mentioned on the discord, putting here at the request of Suff
In 1.16.5 when grabbing a chameleon arch from the creative menu/JEI, it has no regenerations in it. Only things I changed were turning on infinite regens and disabling regeneration fire. I have no idea why this is happening, nor if loot table chameleon archs have this issue or not.
