When I regenerate in 1.19 Minecraft, the skins are all set to the Steve setting, even if I set the skins to Alex setting. As a result, I get the look of a player with an Alex skin set for Steve. Even when resetting to the original skin, if it's an Alex skin, it looks like it's been put on a Steve model.

There is another issue of the regenerated skin returning to default randomly, but this is easily solved by exiting and reentering the world.

Also, the player hands don't change, but that might just not have been added in, or is by default disabled for this version.

I have been re-writing chunks of Regeneration these past few weeks in order to make it easier to write Fabric in unison with Forge. After the next release, if this issue persists - please re-open this issue.
