Log: I don't think one is required for this type of bug as nothing seemed to appear in the log related to Regeneration when this bug occured.

When I die, I lose all my regenerations upon death even though in the configuration settings I have set to not lose regenerations upon death.

This also happens on Forge.

Same happening to me.
