Conflicting with Futurepack Mod

Issue description

After going through the regeneration animation there is a constant screen flicker that goes away after the regeneration is fully complete.

Other relevant versions

It is conflicting with Futurepack-1.16.5-31.3.7008

Just tested it, the flickering doesn't happen when the custom shaders are disabled

Does this occur when you disable the custom shaders in the config file?
