Regeneration Animation Error

Issue description
Regeneration animation doesn't play, instead puts player in the bed animation (Laying down). Player glows but no other regeneration animations.

This is in 1.20.1, but the bug report only goes up to 1.19.3
Steps to reproduce
I'm not quite sure why specifically this happens because it was working earlier in the same session I was playing in.
HOWEVER, it might be caused by sleeping in a bed because this issue did not happen before doing so.
