Command to set Skin

Being able to choose all the stuff would be useful for roleplaying if you want a certain thing to happen when you regenerate you can control all of that tell you what how about making that a configuration option it doesn't have to be default.
As I said in like 3 other places before, I might add a cheat command for this at some point
