Describe the bug
It's possible to duplicate both the day lily and tassel using bone meal in your hand. When using a dispenser, the bone meal is dispensed, but no duplication of the plants occur.

How To Reproduce
Right clicking on the flower directly (planted on mud block for hopper to reach drop) using bone meal, created duplicates of these tall flowers. But, when placing a dispenser in front of the flower, and activating it, the bone meal is dispensed, but nothing happens with the flower. I positioned the flower so that the dispenser hit either the top part of the 2 tall flower and the bottom which made no difference.
