Does biome overlap occur when using the Biomes O' Plenty mod?

Just a question.
When using the Biomes O' Plenty mod, do I need to disable overlapping biomes in this mod? Will there be any incompatibilities?
For example, the bayou biome exists in both mods. Will there be any incompatibilities/overlaps in the biome's identity?
