Describe the bug
The colours of the paddles on Regions Unexplored boat item sprites are all the same oak-colour, when they should take the colour of the planks that the rest of the boat is made of.

How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the bug:

• Load up game
• View items in JEI/creative inventory
• Note inconsistencies with other boats
