After trying to apply a modded effect potion to the infinity ham with the alchemy effect unlocked,
In inventory, Hold Potion, Hover over Infinity Ham, Right Click Potion on to ham, Ham disappears, Potion remains.

When potion is drunk, no change outside of receiving the potion effect.
