Holy Locket stops working after a certain point

Some time after getting the Holy Locket to level 12 it stopped giving me the damaging aura for undead mobs
Getting the same problem. The moment I unlocked Blessing, all the other effects stopped.
Minecraft: 1.21.1
NeoForge: 21.1.81
Pack: ATM10
Things I've tried:
- Restarting game server
- Restarting server
- Restarting client
- Stripping all levels off abilities and buying back my previous levels
- Adding a level of Blessing
- (edit to add) Getting a fresh Holy Locket reveals that is broken too
Nothing seems to help.
