The "[mob] drop" tooltips should be disabled when `mob_drops_enabled` is turned off

I disabled this setting in the config: B:mob_drops_enabled=false
Mobs no longer drop crafting ingredients. There's a tooltip on each of them that says it drops from a mob. This stays there even when I disable the above config option.
