Title. Mob Charms directly use setDamageValue and don't check for the Unbreakable tag. This affects all versions from 1.16 to 1.21

This is an expected behavior, they are supposed to break if you're killing the mobs that they charm and unbreaking / mending enchantments or similar stuff like unbreakable are not supposed to work on them.
