I have been unable to find documentation on what the best-practices are for customizing the use of the Tome of Alkahestry. I'd like to consider customization/balance for All The Mods 3 modpack instead of the more common approach of just outright disabling it.

The wiki states "What can be duplicated and its charge is also configurable" but I have been unable to find an obvious "config" for the tome.

The closest I could asses is the JSON files in the assets could theoretically be modified but would need a mod such as ResourceLoader to distribute changes for a modpack, and I'm not even sure how effective modifying those JSONs would be in the first place.

Is there a simple system for customizing the Tome of Alkahestry's function?
