[1.12.2] Possible bug with the Touchstone of Midas

Not sure if this is intended, but Golden Hoes do not repair with the Touchstone of Midas. All other Vanilla Golden Tools / Armor work with the Touchstone.
Reliquary-1.12.2-1.3.4.767 if that matters at all.
