White sky on mob kill (Charm Belt issue)

Mod version : Reliquary-1.12.2-1.3.4.780
Forge version : 14.23.5.2768
Optifine version : HD_U_D3 and HD_U_E2 (tried both)

If I have a cham belt in my inventory and I kill any hostile mob, the sky goes white for 3 seconds then go back to normal.
