Looking at the Rod of Lyssa, it would be nice to have the option of toggling the steal from players feature of the rod on and off. The config options that exist currently do not seem to affect this when trying to pickpocket another player, it always just works.

Using 1.3.4.780 version of the mod.

Are there any plans to add this?
