[1.16.5]zombie villager charm separate and has no fragment recipe?

while I'm at it reporting issues I'm experiencing with 1.16.5 (v1.3.5.1098), might as well throw this out there:
I know zombie villagers are technically a different entity from regular old... walking dead... and I respect that this was probably an oversight if anything (suspected cause: The Flattening)... but do you think you could make them count as the same entity for the purpose of mob charms? I noticed that currently a separate charm is registered for zombie villagers, and uses the fallback recipe where the mob drops fragments, making it the one exception I can think of where a vanilla hostile entity has the fallback recipe for its charm..............
I think I've said enough, probably?

given how obvious it is that The Flattening was to blame for this, I had a REALLY strong temptation to just insert "the flattening" everywhere in the issue starter, but I didn't want to make it hard to read. You're welcome :-)
edit: to be clear, the sarcasm is directed at Mojang, not you. I get why they did the flattening (namely data normalization) but it's a pain in the rear
