Another elemental staff.
Consumes Bat Wings (new item) and Feathers to fuel its charge.
Bat Wings restore more of its energy.

Left click [held] causes the wearer to "take off" in the direction they are looking, allowing flight.
Right click [held] creates a powerful push force in front of the player, knocking back entities (including projectiles) with great force.

This is done. At the moment it doesn't push projectiles. Also I disabled batwing consumption, those are useful.
