Needs re-evaluated for 1.7.

Looks like this might be lead to a lot more complications than previously thought. I might do a Forge PR, to add a PlayerTakeFromContainerSlotEvent or something like that, but if it does get accepted, you won't see the effects until 1.7 anyway.

No clue, mods should be following standard practices with using CraftingHandlers. Really not our problem. Will create a new issue if the issue arises again.
