Collate a list of registered entities that extend entityLiving and create configs for each one automatically, so it's cross-mod compatible. For each item in that list, allow them to remove the ones they don't want to be "sought" by seeking bullets.

This is done. Also added ignore lists for rending gale push effect and interdiction push effect.
