Add a shift-left click mode cycle for the rending gale, this will allow me to do awesome shit with the rending gale, including upward cyclone.

Currently planned: lateral cyclone, vertical cyclone, radial cyclone, flight cyclone. Gonna probably add an extremely expensive lightning mode.
