Still not exactly sure what we want it to do... something with experience?

Hero Medallion function could be a bit more useful and will probably get a "buff" to be more like TheMike's original design, instead of my automatic drain mechanics. Player will have more fine-control over storing and retrieving experience from it.

Gave it a buff. It now goes all the way down to level 0 and just soaks experience to the max. Made it toggleable. When enabled, it auto-drains experience. Turning off the auto-drain and holding right click will restore your experience rapidly (20 per second). We may want to consider speeding this up. The min level is also now a config option so you can restrict the lower bounds.
