Strange. I built it on Apple Java 6 with Mac OS X. I'll look into it.

EDIT: Seems I have Java 7 installed alongside Java 6. Well, that's strange.

@TrainerGuy22 Also, I tried to build it with gradle with Java 6 on my mac, but the version is encased in special "'s (perhaps from TextEdit)

Ok, I'll fix that. Also, next build should work with Java 6 and up, thanks to smart usage of symlinks. I can now switch between Oracle Java 7 and Apple Java 6 at will. :)
