It's been brought up since the health-costs-hunger update that the Emperor's chalice does more harm than good. I'm going to buff it to restore more hunger, per heart, so that it remains a useful function. If this proves to be overpowered, I'll probably remove the functionality altogether and find some other utility for the item. I'm sure we can think of something.

Didn't realize this was already a configurable option. Users can control/buff the chalice themselves. Issue closed.
