Similar to the Sojourner's staff, let people specify what items they want it to be able to repair, in a list. Hopefully this won't break all the things.

This is now configurable, same as the recipe disablers and the sojourner's torch list. It can be found in the next build. Also added glowstone cost and glowstone worth as configurable options.
