Make it a Bauble (amulet slot). Make it interfere with mob AI (ie. Cause them to be non-hostile).

How about cloak slot instead of amulet slot?

It does, in fact, now interfere with mob AI. I still haven't made it a bauble.

For right now, I don't really feel like making it a bauble, anyway. We will probably revisit the baubles thing in the future.
