How would Cobblemon compatibility work?

I read you don't do compatibility support because of the amount of mods that add mobs. I am curious though how I would get remorphed to work with Cobblemon, as it adds just one mob that takes on the attributes of a pokemon depending on some parameters. When I first killed a pokemon, I opened the menu and transformed normally, but when I was a pokemon it constantly changed form at a blinding pace. I don't know how to remedy this, and have no experience modding or datapacking. I suspect it might require an addon like your skinshifter, that takes the individual data of the entity. I don't know how you do skinshifter, and I'm sure it's entirely different from the issue I'm facing, but input would be appreciated if you're at all interested. Thank you for reading me rant on 😊

Hey! AFAIK Cobblemon saves the type of the pokémon in the NBT data of an entity. You'll have to find out what NBT tags are saved and what possible values are. Then, you can create a data pack that adds custom entity variants to woodwalkers.
