Hello, I am on the latest version of RenameIt for 1.19.3 and when I try to change the color (in this case, using /ri color 1658163) it adds a grey tooltip to the item saying Color: #194D33 but doesn't actually change the color. It is the same for both named, enchanted items and unnamed items. Am I missing something? If it matters, I am playing on multiplayer and do have the correct perms

In case you haven't figured this out yet, I tested this on a leather item with the same values. This appears to dye leather items. If you are wanting to change the color of the item's name. You can do the "/ri name <red>new_item_name</red>" with the included Minecraft colors just as you would for changing the colors of text for the lore, which the default color for lore appears to be purple.
