Recordings are absolutely unusable

I just encountered a really bad issue where the recordings I get are shown as being 0 seconds but when playing stuff moves but as soon as you pause, it snaps back to the starting position and when trying to do anything with rendering a clip it either crashes or just refuses to work.

This occurred after I updated all of the fabric API interfaces because it didn't want to work. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong or if I can provide any more details.

Quick update: I just tried to fix it by redownloading everything: mods, fabric api interface, even minecraft and my .minecraft folder to try and purge any bad leftovers. It had absolutely no effect. The recording is still unusable. I have now uploaded the broken recording cache and .mcpr file to the same folder with the other resources from my first comment.

Did some more debugging and figured out that it sometimes actually saves a recording but not of the full length. I had two tries. One where I recorded for approx 20 seconds and another where I recorded for 30 seconds. The results were one 6 second recording and one 9 second recording. Also, no mobs are moving and using optifine in the replay viewer doesn't work. Mobs also don't seem to move to but chickens flap their wings.

@lanijw Can you provide a step-by-step (each button click, each action) so I can reproduce this issue?

Also, do you give ReplayMod enough time to save the replay? When exiting the world, there is a notice in the top-right. You should wait with doing anything until that notice is gone.

@ThomasBerends The world doesn't make sense anymore. I was just going to record the clip but it didn't happen again. I spent 3 hours trying to debug this...

Regarding the saving of the file, can't you do anything you want while it's saving as long as you open the overview of the replays after it's been saved because it's just not there otherwise?

I think I know what the issue was/is. I believe that every time I would record a clip in a single-player world, I would open the pause menu, which would pause the game, which wouldn't be recorded by the replay mod. That totally makes sense but I think there should be some feature warning you or automatically opening the world to LAN so that it runs even when the pause menu is open. What do you think @ThomasBerends?

@lanijw To make this issue more clear:

Can you provide me with the version of ReplayMod you use, the Minecraft version, and precise steps to reproduce this problem? This way I can reproduce it and experience it before sharing my opinion.

Hey @ThomasBerends,
I have provided the exact JARs I'm using in my mod folder in the link mods folder and steps to reproduce above. You'll also find a recording exactly detailing the steps that I took. You can see that I spend about 15 seconds in the world, of which I'm recording for about 12 seconds and 10 seconds are spent in the pause screen. Only about two seconds are spent outside of the pause screen which also ends up being the resulting end of the recorded clip.
Let me know if I can be of any more help.
Edit: I had some issues uploading the clip detailing the steps. Everything should be in place now. Sorry for any inconvenience.
