This is an issue that happened to be a while ago. I was just rendering a clip (with shaders), and occasionally I would check the preview for a short while, then turn it off. There was no issue in the preview itself, but when I looked at the file that it made, there were distortions and glitches in the time when I was previewing the rendering, then at the time when I unchecked it, the artifacts were gone.
