Cannot spectate entities that are not mobs

Tested in Minecraft 1.16.2 with ReplayMod 2.4.3 and 2.4.5. Attempted to spectate an armor stand in the replay viewer, and I cannot click on it and spectate it. Tested this in normal spectator mode, with a freshly generated world and no mods except ReplayMod, and I can spectate armor stands in spectator mode but not in the replay viewer. Found that TNT is also an entity you can spectate once it is ignited, and confirmed that this also does not work in the replay viewer. This likely applies also to entities such as minecarts, though I only tested armor stands and TNT. Mobs and players have no issues when attempting to spectate. Tested minecarts, confirmed these can be spectated in normal spectator mode but not replay viewer. Sadly arrows, fireworks, fireballs, etc. cannot be spectated in either mode.
