Now when you edit your recording (cut or split), it will be processed and replace current one. So when I want to keep original recording, I need to manually make a backup. This is useful in some cases and I think it would be nice to implement it to mod so you don't need to open folder and copy the file manually each time.

I suggest to add option "Keep original recording" (or reverse option "Delete original recording" with default state OFF) to edit menu.
