An option in your replay mod settings to select how long your second bar is when watching a replay. Normally 0:00 to 3:00 but that is not very useful to view your keyframes on short shots.

FYI there's a setting for this but it's intentionally only in the config file because people frequently ask about how to extend the bar beyond 30 minutes (it's currently 30, not 3), when they actually just don't understand time keyframes (e.g. trying to start their video 40 minutes into the replay by placing their keyframes at 40 minutes on the keyframe timeline).

There isn't anything wrong with reducing the length though, so I'm not opposed to having such a setting ingame. Maybe even directly on the timeline rather than buried in the settings menu. Reducing the default once it's easily configurable is probably not a bad idea either, I'm guessing the majority of people don't produce single scenes longer than 3 minutes.

Oh I didn't know that, maybe a setting can be made for that. I also know that 3 minutes is not the max but some display becomes automatic. I'd just rather have it auto-zoomed in from 0:00 to 0:20 or whatever smaller than 3:00 it is now.
