Inject Spherical Metadata with Equirectangular doesn't work

Tested with 1.18.1-2.6.3 (no other mods).

I rendered a single timeline twice.

Original rendering without the option ticked:

Note that these two files are not the same but is not recognized by VLC or YouTube as 360°.

I cannot reproduce this. Metadata injection seems to work fine for 360 and ODS videos I render and vlc recognizes them:

It doesn't recognize your video though, so this might be a Windows-only thing. Marius was using OSX when implementing it, so it might have just never worked on Windows in the first place, not sure though cause I've got no way to reproduce (I tried setting my file encoding to that which Windows uses by that didn't break it either).

VLC is a good media player to test this, don't rely on Windows' own Movies.
Alternatively, upload to YouTube and see if it renders as 360°
