Atm the keyframe timeline has a fixed scale, no matter if the replay is a few minutes or hours. In the former, the keyframes are inserted very close to each other so you have to zoom in to get better spacing. I propose instead to have a fixed ratio. So, both short and long replays will have the same "density" in their keyframe timeline.
