Rendering issue

Seems to be 1.20 only as i have used replay for 1.8.9 shots before.
There was no need to use ffmpeg then but installed it to see if it would change anything. It didn't
The problem im having:
When starting render everything pauses (camera path and entities) at current frame (the frame on wich i clicked the render button). Animations in texture packs and shaders do still work and that's all that actually gets exported. Example video:

Shader used is BSL, although same thing happens without shaders and with other shaders.
In the example video the pov and me are supposed to move. When rendering is done the video is as long as time set between the brackets.
I have also tried using other versions of sodium and iris. I do not have optifine active. I do have essential and a few other performance mods active, on feather client. (other mods are starlight by spottedstar, entity culling by tr7zw and mod menu)
So everything other than the movement of the pov and entities (when exporting) seems to be working as intended.
No crashing either.
If more data is needed please tell me where to find it and I'll add it to the conversation.
Friend says it might be because i have an open timeline before the part i want to export. if that is the case you might need to update so its possible to use the timestamps well
