Custom sounds from resource pack can't be heard in replay

Tested in 1.12.2 and 1.14.4, mod version 2.2.0-b7
Seems like sounds played using playsound command can be heard but naturally created - can't.

This shouldn't be too big of an issue, because you can't hear sound in rendered videos anyway.
