I tried to use the restrictions you provided, but it looks like they are disabled.
Are there plans to return them and finalize the functionality?

There is also a bug on version 1.20.4 with this:

Clarity on the status of restrictions would be appreciated. I'm in the unfortunate position where I will have to ban the mod due to malicious players abusing it to find bases and tunnels, but even a slimmed-down implementation of restrictions that only incorporates no_xray and no_noclip would make such a ban unnecessary.
