Replica Ore did not generate in the world. A few details that may be important:
-Replication was included in the initial world creation, not added after the world generated.
-This world is on a server and is not a single player world.
-Replica Ore was searched for by multiple people through vein mining and Tinker's Hammers at y:0 to bedrock. Assumed the ore could not be exposed to air.
-Replica Ore was searched for in both generated and new chunks.

I also wasn't sure if it could be a compatibility issue with mods like JAOPCA or Almost Unified based on tags. I did check the tags on Replica ore and did not see anything that i thought would confuse either of those 2 mods but i am also not a programmer, so take that with a grain of salt.
