Add compat out of the box for wyther overhaul datapack

their biomes arent tagged properly and the underground biome is damaging to rs underground bastion spawning.
Datapack made for compat. I am asking WWOO to add this to their mod/datapack so compat will be done mostly on their side with me only needing to handle a few edge cases on my side. Until then, you users can put on this datapack below yourself to make WWOO work much, much better with other mods and datapacks.
