Bug #79 is back in the latest version, and seems to consistently happen if it occurs once while playing.

I guess it was just never fixed then. It's kind of hard to know due to its random nature.

IIRC this happened consistently to me when I drank the potion that made me a soul (Eu de Mort?).

Finally fixed for good in Requiem!
