This happens with and without requiem compact enabled.
Likely something on their side, posted here just in case.

Steps to reproduce:

  • /kill yourself
  • /summon minecraft:husk
  • possess the husk
  • /give @s minecraft:golden_apple
  • /effect give @s minecraft:weakness
  • Eat the apple, you crash after it is eaten.
