add advancement reward and requirement to researchs

You can grant an advancement by using setRewardCommands

but requirements

You should be able to use /advancement as a reward (put it in the commands section) [how to use it here]

As for an advancement requirement, that's kind of pointless? You could lock an item behind Game Stages though, and require that in the research.

Or gate the table itself behind specific resources using CraftTweaker. (e.g it needs Obsidian to craft if it's supposed to be a more mid-game thing)
