One of my players found this issue:

It's odd that it says 99% progress when it's add 100%

I did my own test with a research that only had an energy requirement, and got the same result:

I did for testing (also used regular powergen), but one of my modpack's players submitted this as an issue using normal powergen.

I can't reproduce this issue

Odd....all I did was make research that needed RF, gave it the RF (using a Mekanism energy cable. Could be the cause?) and then it didn't work. It just stops at 99%.

hmmm are you using creative power source?
