Ability to whitelist items for golden osmosis.

It seems the golden osmosis skill only works with vanilla golden tools. A Mekanica golden paxel does not get repaired by the skill.

The latest release makes it so that any piece of armor or tool that is repairable in an anvil with gold, can work with the golden osmosis trait.
