Can only craft each recipe once

Issue description
Each recipe only works once.
No config about this behavior found I assume it's a bug.
Happened on server modpack with friends.
Reproduced the issue with only resource backpacks and necessary libs loaded.
If Bug
- I have confirmed this bug is reproducible on a minimal setup, not a modpack with many other mods.
Provide the latest.log file
Oh sry for the inconvinience the fix will be published in the next 10 minutes, was an oversight :)
New versions are uploaded on curseforge it can take up to 10 min to see the new file
Command /reload seems to reset the issue.
I tried in beta version 0.13.5, not working either.
